The Rotary Club of San Juan Bautista is delighted to invite you to California’s original outdoor Antique and Vintage Craft Faire. Guests of this event may look forward to shopping for bona fide antiques , collectibles, memorabilia, nostalgia, upcycled treasures, and vintage crafts.
Vendors are invited to participate in the 56th Anniversary of the Rotary's Antique and Vintage Crafts Faire and 150th Anniversary of the City of San Juan Bautista

Food Vendor Fee: $200 (20 foot X 10 foot booth) (Non-refundable)
Local Merchants/Restaurants: $100
Local Non-Profit Organizations: No Charge
Returning Vendors: Applications must be received prior to June 15, 2020 to reserve the space assigned last year.
All Reservations received after June 15, 2020 will be charged a late fee of $50.

- Returning Vendors: Submit your application by June 15th to guarantee last year's space(s).
- All Vendors: Must list a resale # on the application & send a copy of certification with payment to the Rotary Club SJB. Full processing of your application (i.e., assignment of booth space) will only be completed upon the receipt of the resale # certification.
- Food/Drink Vendors: Must recieve a San Benito County Dept. Health Permit prior to submitting an application. The health permit is required with payment to the Rotary Club of SJB.

FAIR REGULATIONS:

- Unloading for Booth Set-Up: Park on the left side of street as close to assigned space as possible
- Vendor Vehicles: All vehicles must be removed from the show streets by 7:00 a.m. Vendor parking: available on side streets
- Vendor Possessions: 8:00 am = All possessions (goods, packing boxes, chairs, tables, etc.) must be cleared from the street sidewalks, as per the San Benito County Fire Code
- Food Vendors: Please bring recycling containers to be set near booths.
- Food Vendors: No Styrofoam containers may be utilized as per the San Juan Bautista ordinance - We are a Green City
END of FAIR (4:00 p.m.) Loading Guidelines:
- All items repacked before re-entry to load vehicles: Contact Faire's Block Captain for re-entry pass
- Loading of Unsold Items/Other Property: Park on the left side of street as close to assigned space as possible
- Over-sized Vehicles: Reload after 6:00 p.m.
- All Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area of trash.
- Food & Drink Vendors' Responsibilities: Cleaning of street space(s) & sidewalk area of all residue (i.e., grease, oil, etc.). Oil must be taken-away by the Vendor. A fee will be charged for any additional clean-up necessary by Rotarians and/or the City of San Juan Bautista.
- QUESTIONS: VISIT the SJB ANTIQUE FAIR HEADQUARTERS on 3rd & Mariposa Street
- Booth space may not be resold or sub-leased
- All vendors are required to stay during the entire show.
- Display areas must be kept neat & clean at all times.
- Only service dogs are allowed.
- The San Juan Bautista streets have a slight slope and are rugged. Please bring materials for “shimming” tables & canopies.
- Weather: August is typically hot in San Juan Bautista, though sometimes cool & foggy and often windy; no postponement due to weather.
- Trash Dumpsters & Cans: Dumpsters location TBD & trash cans on all 3rd St. blocks; trash pick-up on 3rd street throughout the day
- Security provided
The Rotary Club of San Juan Bautista reserves the right to:
- Not accept vendors to the following year's fair, if the above guidelines are violated.
- Make last minute changes for the safety of guests as well as to accommodate vendors.
- Reject any application it deems inappropriate for the event and the mission of Rotary.
